🔄 Returns & Reships
Due to the nature of our products:

We cannot accept returns for opened or used products, and we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
🔁 Reship Policy
We only reship in the following cases:
- ❗ Lost in transit: Must allow full estimated delivery window to pass.
- ❗ Seized by customs: Proof of seizure letter required.
- ❗ Wrong item sent: Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photo proof.
